Stratur offer all our customers Service & Support on phone and email during weekdays from 7-16 CET. When contacting us you will be in contact with a skilled technician from the first point of contact.
All staff on our Service & Support Team have been trained and certified on all solutions in our portfolio and have extensive knowledge to resolve support related questions without any delays.
We can help you with problem solving, trouble shooting, features and functionalities, counselling, operating, software upgrades, RMA handling and service reporting.
In the event that a ticket cannot be resolved over phone, an onsite technician can be sent onsite.
