Because many companies are sharing meeting rooms, Kungsleden Oxel wished for a clear indication outside each room on who has booked the room. This was so no misunderstandings could occur.

Stratur Room Booking Software & Stratur Room Displays! The room booking software have no problem solving the shared facility challenge. All users within Kungsleden Oxel coworking facility can book their appointments in a “user-friendly” environment. The meetings are created directly in a web browser of their choice, or directly in their outlook (outlook plugin).
Kungsleden Oxel administrators now have a great overview on what has been booked and when. They can rearrange meetings to fit the facility best. Automatic reports are available for administrators to have a clear overview of the meeting rooms.
Room Displays was installed outside each conference room showing indications if a room is free or busy (green or red). User that book a room have their name onscreen when its time for the meeting so nobody else enters that room.
